Javier has an Enology degree from Escuela de Agricultura of General Alvear (Mendoza) and an Agricultural Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza.
He has worked in Argentina for companies like Chandon (Agronomist), San Telmo (part of Seagram) and Kendall Jackson (as production manager).
He is currently partner manager of a consultant company (Caggiati, Mosso, Gancedo y Asoc.) which attend to more than one thousand hectares of vines and fruit orchards for different clients, one of which is Ambrosia.
The consultant company has been part of the Ambrosia story from the beginning.
