



It is a Singular Blend of four famous red grapes which results in a balanced and elegantwine, with a combination of fruity and spicy notes, and oak, from its aging in barrels.
It fermented in concrete tanks, with native yeast. Then, it underwent a soft maceration during 25 days, before pneumatic pressing. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels, where it was aged during 12 months.
